• “Housework” in relation to household appliances and gas installations that reuse pipes with a diameter of up to 35 mm in households.

This category can also be applied to larger houses that require non-household appliances and larger pipes. A registered gas company or gas engineer can advise on this

• “Commercial work” with larger installations with larger pipes and more gas consuming appliances. However, the type of real estate is not the only criterion.
For example, a residential oven and counter in an office kitchen may qualify as a household application. Therefore, the appropriate level of competence should be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
